June 28th Dublin
We said goodbye to Scotland and Hello to Ireland today. Airplane travel has not gotten any better. Nor has immigration from one country to another. Nor have landings. . But we made the short flight where immigration took longer than the flight.
At immigration.
We got a good shower but the laundromat was too far for Mary Ann to walk so we decided to go to a local Pub. The street on the way to a pub recommended by a concierge at our hotel.
Inside at the bar.
On draft. The outside of Kennedy’s Pub
At first this man didn’t seemed interested in Irish music
The men playing the music.
A tribute to Irish authors in the pub.
The street outside headed home.
Tomorrow we have scheduled a hop on hop off bus for Dublin that we found very convenient in finding the places we wanted to see when we used one in Edinburgh. And no time frame so to speak.
